FAQ
What’s the turnaround time for photos?
My goal is to give my clients their photos as soon as possible, so they can enjoy and use them. For portrait sessions, you can expect your photos within 2 weeks. For wedding and elopement sessions, you can expect photos within 6-10 weeks.
Do you travel outside of Wisconsin?
I am open to traveling to other states depending on the location and session type. The majority of my clients are in the state of Wisconsin.
Do you charge travel fees?
I do charge travel fees for portrait and wedding sessions. If your session is within a 25-mile radius of Seymour, WI, I do not charge travel fees. For every mile outside of that radius, I charge an additional $0.55 per mile traveled to the photo location and back to my home base.
Travel fees will vary based on location and date. Please talk to me to see what the total cost for your travel fees will be.
Do you provide planning assistance for wedding & engagement couples?
While planning assistance is not included in my wedding packages, I am always happy to provide recommendations for vendors and venues. My connections with wedding professionals can be a great starting place for your vendor search and planning.

How does payment work for sessions?
Payment is accepted through HoneyBook at this time. For portrait sessions, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your session cost is required to secure your session date. The full payment must be made one week prior to the session date. A contract must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking.
For weddings and elopements, a nonrefundable deposit that is 50% of your wedding-package cost is due within one week. This payment is also made through HoneyBook. Within 48 hours of scheduling, a wedding contract must be signed and returned as well to Hannah Clare Creative to secure your date.
